Victoria Common

Victoria Common, 1964 and 2015. Opened to the public in 1897. Formerly known as Bradley Field, it was once one of the village's open fields where, in the middle ages, individual villagers held strips of land divided by deep furrows, creating a corrugated surface called 'ridge and furrow', still traceable on site today.
