This is what the short lived Lido aka 'the Bath Tub' turned into, Eddystone Radio.
They built short wave radio's for sea liners and radio hams, good ones
too! I went for a job interview when I left school, but the sight of all
those women at work put me off, lol, It moved to Selly Oak in the early
90's.
